At EUROSENSE 2024, that took place on 8-11 September 2024, Noelia da Quinta and her international research team presented an important study exploring Europe’s readiness for a transition to healthier, more sustainable diets. The study, co-authored by experts from institutions which are part of the TITAN consortium such as AZTI, the University of Helsinki, and the University of Warsaw, investigates whether Europe is prepared to adopt dietary changes for better health and sustainability. The team’s groundbreaking work was met with enthusiasm, and congratulations go to all the contributing authors for their impactful research.
