Partners from TITAN’s work package 2 have launched a survey to better understand how agri-food SMEs and technology providers are using digital transparency solutions across European food supply chains.
Wageningen University & Research created this survey focusing on tools such as traceability systems, data-sharing platforms, and other digital technologies that support transparency and coordination in the agri-food sector.
Through this activity, the project aims to gather insights into how companies adopt and adapt these technologies, what organisational factors influence their implementation, and what challenges businesses face in practice. The study also looks at how digital transparency solutions relate to company performance, collaboration, and feedback mechanisms within supply chains.
Agri-food SMEs and technology providers participating in the survey will contribute to research supporting the development of more transparent, connected, and resilient food systems across Europe.
The online questionnaire takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete and includes questions related to company characteristics, organisational structures, digital tools, peer interactions, and adaptation strategies.
We kindly invite companies active in the agri-food sector to take part and share their experiences by filling out this survey.
