The CATALYSE project is coordinated at the Cremona – Piacenza campus, specifically within the Faculty of Agricultural, Food, and Environmental Sciences, by the Department of Food Sciences and Technologies for a Sustainable Supply Chain (DISTAS). This emphasizes our commitment with innovations in sustainable food sciences and technologies, to contribute to the global effort for improving food safety and an eco-friendly food supply chain.
