Carla Teixeira from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela had the privilege of participating in The Food Fraud Unmasked 2024 Symposium for Early Stage Career Scientists at University College Dublin, Ireland.
In this event, Carla presented her work funded by the TITAN Project EU on DNA-based methods for olive oil authenticity, highlighting the innovative approaches we’re developing to ensure its integrity and traceability.
