On December 3rd, a new webinar took place as part of the Stakeholder Board webinar series. The webinar provided valuable insights into emerging trends and challenges in the food industry. It began with an introduction by Edward Sliwinski (EFFoST), followed by a presentation on the innovative Emerging Risk Identification System (ERIS) for New Zealand’s food sector, delivered by Nicola King from ESR in Christchurch. Karin Jonnson from Paulig then shared how the company worked with NutriScore. After a brief Q&A session, attendees engaged in group discussions, and the outcomes were reported in a plenary session. The event concluded with closing remarks.
